Basics of Web Design (Web Course)

Course Description: Master the basics of Web site construction and design. This course provides an overview of aesthetic, business, and technical Web concepts. Apply course content to developing Web applications using HTML. Students enrolling in the Web-based course must have either Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher or Netscape 4.0 or higher and must have an e-mail account.
