| NCBM 001B Building and Leading High Performance Teams Course Description: In today’s organizations, managers are often expected to build and lead high performance teams that cross functional lines. To succeed, managers must select team members with complementary skills and direct them toward a common goal. This workshop will provide managers with tools and strategies to create and lead successful teams. Participants will learn to identify goals clearly; define processes, responsibilities, and tasks; document performance and measure progress; and select and manage appropriate team members. The workshop will also address the operational challenges that can distract a team from its objectives and key success factors in managing effectiveness. Prerequisites:
