Leading and Managing Change

Course Description: Successful organizations must sustain operational systems that are adaptable in the face of an economic and political climate that reacts rapidly to instantaneous exchanges of information. This requires an understanding of the processes associated with change and an ability to respond accordingly using a comprehensive approach to change management. This workshop focuses on the processes of change, recognizing resistance to change, and the effects of change on individuals. As managers, participants will learn how to become more proficient change agents by managing the organizational aspects and facilitating the human aspects of change.
