Course Description: In today’s challenging business environment, it is imperative that every project clearly contribute to organization goals lest it suffer a loss of critical management support. Project Management shows you how to apply essential project management tools and concepts in the context of your organization’s broader goals.

Prerequisites: Audience to include senior leaders, strategic planners, directors of project management, project office managers, project managers, operations managers, process improvement managers, project team members, and candidates for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
