Five Convenient Ways to Register for a Credit or Non-Credit Course

ONLINE:
Payment by American Express, Discover Card, Visa or MasterCard through our secure credit card gateway system.
2. FAX:
Complete a
registration form
and include payment by American Express, Discover Card, Visa or MasterCard, or sponsoring business/organization letter*, and fax to the appropriate regional center.
3. MAIL:
Complete a
registration form and include payment by check,
American Express, Discover Card, Visa or MasterCard or
sponsoring business/organization letter*, and mail to the appropriate regional
center.
4. IN PERSON:
Come to the appropriate regional center
during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. Payment by
check, American Express, Discover Card, Visa or MasterCard.
5. PHONE:
Call the appropriate regional center during regular office hours, Monday through
Friday, 8 am- 5 pm. Payment by American Express, Discover Card, Visa or
MasterCard.
*Sponsor Letters: If you are requesting that a business or
organization be billed for tuition, please include the following information on
company letterhead: Student name, social security number, course title, and
course cost, along with a contact person and the billing name, address, and
phone number. We will also need an authorization signature.
Please Note:
Individuals cannot be
billed for tuition. Full payment is required at registration unless a business
or organization is billed for tuition.
Community Scholars, UVA Part-time Undergraduate Degree Seeking
students, and UVA Employee Tuition-Waiver students registering for regular
University of Virginia credit courses must register in person with appropriate
