Competencies Course
The Workforce Development Professional Competencies is designed to enhance your skills as a successful workforce development practitioner. This premier program, offered by the WDA, includes 40-hours of noncredit coursework in:
- Community, Business and Economic Development
- Customer Focus
- Managing Your Business Unit
- Leadership and Influence
- Planning and Continuous Improvement
- The Profession of Workforce Development
Participants may choose from a week-long residential program during the
Summer or an intensive six-day program offered in two parts during the Fall and
Spring.
