Competencies Course

The Workforce Development Professional Competencies is designed to enhance your skills as a successful workforce development practitioner. This premier program, offered by the WDA, includes 40-hours of noncredit coursework in:

• Community, Business and Economic Development
• Customer Focus
• Managing Your Business Unit
• Leadership and Influence
• Planning and Continuous Improvement
• The Profession of Workforce Development

Participants may choose from a week-long residential program during the Summer or an intensive six-day program offered in two parts during the Fall and Spring.
